Over the years, Yanance has maintained multiple regional channels across platforms like Telegram, Twitter, and Facebook. While these served us well, they also created inconsistent messaging and increased risk of scams.
As we enter this new era, we're simplifying and streamlining our communications. We’re focusing on a few core official channels for product updates and support:
Website Help Center Widget
Twitter (X) @YananceOfficial
Facebook @YananceOfficial
Instagram @YananceOfficial
These are our only official support and announcement channels—each offering both updates and access to customer support via DM.
Unlike our broadcast channels, Discord is built for interaction. This isn’t just about us talking to you—it’s about all of us talking together.
Our new Discord server is a space where:
You can connect with fellow Yanance users globally.
Discuss trading strategies, share news, and offer feedback.
Attend live community events and virtual town halls.
Access helpful content, FAQs, and peer support.
And most importantly—build friendships and have fun.
What is Discord?
Discord is a multi-channel messaging platform widely used in the Web3 space. It supports text, audio, and video chat, has robust moderation tools, and connects easily with other services.
📢 Note: All previous Yanance Telegram groups are now community-run and no longer officially supported.
To ensure a safe, productive, and welcoming community, we’ve established a few ground rules.
Connect with other crypto enthusiasts from around the world.
Stay updated on Yanance and crypto industry news.
Join live town halls and hear directly from our leadership.
Share feedback to help improve Yanance products and services.
Access FAQs and ask peers for help when needed.
Share memes, music, crypto predictions, and enjoy yourself!
Spread FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) about Yanance or the crypto ecosystem. Constructive criticism is welcome; baseless rants are not.
Request customer support directly on Discord. For disputes or account issues, use our official help center.
Promote off-platform trades, including off-escrow or competitor trading services—this is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Attempt to evade bans/restrictions or manipulate account policies via Discord.
Buy, sell, or trade Yanance accounts, reviews, or platform-controlled materials. Doing so will lead to a permanent ban.
We’re committed to cultivating a kind, respectful, and engaging space for everyone. That’s why participation in Discord is a privilege, not a right. Violating either the rules or the spirit of the community may result in removal.
As of August 2022, all members must agree to our Discord rules upon joining. These rules may evolve as the community grows.
🟣 Yanance Moderators (purple names) have full discretion to enforce rules and guide the tone of the community. While every user has the right to use Yanance’s products under our ToS, participation in the Discord community is earned through respectful engagement.
Yanance exists because of you, and this new Discord hub is built for you—a space to connect, grow, and be part of the evolving peer-to-peer economy.
We’re committed to making this a welcoming and engaging space, and your involvement will help shape what it becomes. Whether you're here to learn, laugh, get support, or contribute feedback—we're excited to build this space together.
📣 Have ideas to share? Drop your feedback in #general or #app-feedback on Discord.
This is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more—and in the meantime, we hope to see you in the community.
